- Bourbon: Rich chocolate and brown sugar undertones, scoring 88–91.

- Maragogipe: Unique floral and tropical hints with a velvety finish, scoring 89–91.
- Pache: Delicate almond and vanilla flavors, native to Guatemala, scoring 87–88.

- Strictly Hard Bean (SHB): Grown at elevations above 4500 feet, offering unparalleled quality and flavor.
